      As a small, family-owned business, you'll find yourself in meetings that will directly impact the lives of their employees quite a bit. Your two cents gets heard.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest. Executive Leadership is incompetent. Be prepared to take on several responsibilities outside your department to include existing responsibilities with appropriate compensation for additional work.

      Positive Company that exhibits concern for their employees and clients. They take care to bring in their projects both on time and within budget.

      Good people, empathetic, friendly and approachable higher ups.

      Cannot think of many, the office interior was slightly compact and not an open plan for the number of people working within it.
