      Pros

      Very good place to learn due to aggressive corporate culture. Due to the small size of the teams an employee gets to do more serious job earlier.

      Cons

      The company is still under restructuring and keeps sizing teams down. Also some departments have very little respect to others effort.

      Small company structure - great core values and desire to get things done by everyone. Many opportunities to learn and to develop yourself.

      Cons

      Rapidly changing business directions, very challenging to get promoted internally. Potentially unstable market conditions can severely effect operations
