Pros

Working alongside teachers from all over the world --with one vision to teach our students to have a global perspective-- was an incredible experience! Our World Language directors gave us all the tools we needed to help the program excel and enrich the lives of equally teachers and students. The members of our team were unified and worked hard to provide real life situations for the students and families to experience culture. The highlight of my career has been working there.

Cons

Because of the size of the school, the Arabic and Spanish language programs have to be mobile, moving around to all the other classrooms. With a school that focuses on World Language, the extra support with classrooms (and a bigger office space) would have been a help!

Pros

The administration is supportive, and the pay is good. Because this is a public charter school, they try to pay based on the Alpine School District pay schedule. The staff is super friendly too.

Cons

They do not have a curriculum outside of math and reading, so you have to spend a lot of money on TPT or be savvy with using AI.
