Bad management – KB is not a good manager. Extreme capitalistic product mindset. Never customer-centric. Rolls out credit policies that would shock even the devil. High employee turnover. Exit of about 15 Heads of Departments in 1 year (Oct 2023 - Sept 2024). No replacements for exited employees, leading to increased workload for the remaining employees. You are treated as an enemy of the company the day you resign, irrespective of the years and effort you have invested in the company. I resigned from the company without having an offer elsewhere. Got a better offer 2 months later, and I wish I had resigned earlier.
