Pros

If you interview well and know your worth can can get a decent starting pay.

Cons

Everything. I witnessed people get raises only to see them canceled hours later by the CEO before he tucked tail and ran out of the building. It was a known policy to never rate an employee above a “meets expectations” and to ensure that, they changed the role description to require going above and beyond so regardless of what you take on, it was expected. I saw employees fired on Dec 24th after senior management promised their roles were safe. They exploit their workers and 100% DEPEND on all staff working unending and unpaid overtime to maintain service levels and refuse to staff appropriately. Also the attrition is insane for a reason. Managers will hire friends over internal experts for the given role. They pay is shady and secretive and they will reprimand if you make it known you are aware of any other staff pay. I saw a colleague fired after his numbers slipped following the death of his mother. Management never told the team so when he returned from bereavement, he assumed we all just didn’t care, it was heartbreaking. I’m sickened I spent years of my life working for company

Even though we hope all of our employees stay for many years, we understand that people may need to make different career choices based on what is right for them. However, it is even more unfortunate when someone posts completely inaccurate information on a review. Many of the points made do not reflect the facts of the situation and these false claims have been made without the poster having knowledge of the situation.

Pros

Remote opportunity This role taught me resilience and how to maintain professionalism in a challenging environment as a woman of minority.

Cons

The interpersonal environment within the Finance Department was difficult from day one. I experienced unprofessional behavior early on, including overhearing targeted comments that suggested i wasnt welcomed. When I later sought clarification, the remarks were denied, raising concerns about transparency and accountability. Training felt more performative than supportive. While delivered with surface-level politeness, the tone often came across as dismissive or condescending, which created an emotionally unsafe learning environment. Management interactions were inconsistent and at times hostile. Occasional friendliness was offset by a lack of consistent support, and it became apparent that fitting into the unspoken office dynamic was more important than job performance. Employees who didn’t align with the social culture were gradually excluded. Being respectful, quiet, and professional made me a target and sustainable to emotional distress. My advice is the moment they say something that is inappropriate report it immediately. Also on day one they showed me my social media account (which was a craft account), and the way it was brought up gave the impression that I was being monitored. This created a sense of discomfort and raised concerns about boundaries and professionalism. If you dont fit it in, they will simpily remove you. This team is mentally draining. They also will try to pull reactions out of you as well, they ended my contract the week of my birthday. I expected this and thankfully was prepared.
