      Cons

      You will have no work life balance, the managers do not care about their employees and only care about shifts getting covered. They do not care about hiring people with any form of experience and you will not be compensated if you have additional experience over someone that has none

      Mid management, coworkers easier to get along with and work with

      Leadership only cares about the numbers in the spreadsheet. Doesn’t care about the employees who hits there goals just adds more to them.
