Small company used to be owned by two individuals - was sold to a group of investors. The culture of the company has changed from attentive to people and employees, to one which is about the bottom dollar at all costs. Hired two hard nose former railroaders to "run" Terminal Services. Unfortunately, this place has become all of the bad things a railroad company is, without any of the good things - job security, pay, benefits. Poor leadership, bad executive management, low pay, bad benefits, zero job security.
