Good pay, interesting work, nice facility.

Very difficult to get time off; supervisors were indifferent at best, abusive at worst.

Great technology supporting law enforcement and judicial in lowering cost by offering alternatives to incarceration. Also has the ability to intelligently monitor criminal behaviors and give instantaneous corrective feedback to offenders.

Huge issues with their balance sheet and cash flow. The Sales Organization has not been able to convince government decision makers on the value proposition of the product and solution.
