Pros

Interesting projects and clients, always something new, they recognize competence and try to challenge appropriately. Many former employees have used the company as a springboard to move on to more interesting and challenging things

Cons

a disorganized company in the middle of an identity crisis, high-level decisions are based on egos rather than logic, limited diversity, limited women in leadership. Compensation is low compared to the surrounding area

Pros

Overall, the company offered decent benefits and average pay compared to others in the industry. I was fortunate to work alongside a few great coworkers who made the experience more enjoyable. HR and Recruiting were GREAT to work with. That said, the work environment was fairly average — not bad, but not outstanding either. There’s definitely room for improvement in areas such as employee support, growth opportunities, and communication from leadership. If you’re looking for stable work with decent benefits, it’s a solid option, but don’t expect it to be a place that goes above and beyond for its employees.

Cons

My experience was very negative due to toxic management. Leadership spoke poorly about former coworkers, and constantly criticized the logistics team for issues outside their control. My immediate manager, in particular, would belittle others and micromanage everything. Simple topics that could have been resolved in one meeting were dragged into multiple unnecessary meetings, wasting time and creating frustration. Work-life balance was almost nonexistent, with an expectation to work 50+ hours a week and little appreciation shown for the effort. While a few coworkers were great, the overall environment was toxic and unsupportive. Until management addresses these cultural and leadership issues, I cannot recommend this as a healthy place to work.
