In 2023 the CRO left the company together with other senior managers. The interims are completely destroying the organisation.
Sales was built up to succeed last year and sudden changes and bullying from the most senior leadership is making it impossible to be happy at this company and be successful in the role. The quotas are set too high and are not achievable. To not hit quota will then stand against you in a performance review and hinder you from any pay rises or promotions. The sales org is led by a co-founder who has never worked in sales and has no clue what to do and decisions are implemented based on nothing but wanting to be in power. Language used towards employees is absolutely abusive and not acceptable.
If you want to work somewhere where you want to feel like you cannot freely express your opinion without being punished and where you have no career progression opportunities, you should join remote. It’s a place where you will thrive if you like daily changes, rules that are being ignored by senior management and like feeling fear of the co-founder.
Middle management and sales reps are truly working hard to do everything to make it successful and the most senior leader in sales is doing everything in their power to destroy it and make sure that no one gets rewarded.
