Pros

- I like the values, particularly Kindness which I think is evident in the day-to-day interactions with employees. - Decent salary, benefits and stock options. - A lot of communication is done via Slack which means far fewer emails each day. - Asynchronous work is great! There's no pressure to be present all day from 9-5pm. Performance is measured on output - Excellent work-life balance - Seems like a solid company financially in that it is very well funded with a promising future. - Working fully remotely means I have the flexibility to choose where I work, and can try different countries/cities if i wish.

Cons

- Remote work can be a little lonely at times, but Remote has an allowance for employees to go to a co-working space if they wish. Therefore for those that want to do that, i imagine this definitely helps. - As it's a startup the company pivots quickly which means that priorities often change. Can be frustrating working on something and then later to have to abandon it. I think this is probably typical of a scaling company.

Pros

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

Cons

If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you

Pros

Great people, great direct managers.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected. Very much the throw it away if it doesn't work mentality.
