Remote took every step to ensure we remain sustainable and efficient during the current economic crisis and we were transparent even when it was really hard, we are sad to see you did not experience this in your role. Our current attrition is 2.2%, which is well below industry averages, however we are continuously working on always improving our non-regretted attrition and keeping it low.
Lastly, we take social engagement very seriously and building relationships is part of our core. We love talking about lego, shoes, pets and all things that matter to all our Remoters from a social and fun perspective and will always leave room for this.
