      Pros

      The team and overall vibe of working at Remo is great, people are helpful and nice, they have fun activities and treat their employees very nicely. The product is also great.

      Cons

      The management is going in all directions, changing their audience and goals every week, which makes it very difficult to achieve results. It's very fast-pace, but sometimes a bit too much for it to be sustainable.

      Freedom to be creative and be part of the change. Freedom to work at your own pace. You are trusted to do your job and respected for your hard work.

      Cons

      It is still a startup so you have to be ok with going with the flow. It can be fast paced so you have to be willing to work.
