The best people have left and been replaced by corporate Amazon who have no clue how to lead. There’s a reason Amazon got rid of them! Zero communication and being on the same page from director level and above. If the “lower” level employees were allowed to just do their job, so much would be able to be accomplished. Leadership shoves values down your throat but themselves live up to none of them. Review process is biased and skewed to only reward those who talk a lot but don’t produce (as another reviewer previously mentioned). You’ll never get anything across the finish line here because management has too many hands in the pot and will never agree on anything. If you need extra proof… take a look at the stock!
