Pros

- Great co-workers - "bro-culture" was replaced after owners sold the company - "Unlimited PTO" - 401k - Corrected having employees working endless amounts of OT which was nice, we rarely worked OT since. - WFH first company since the covid aftermath - Competitive pay unless you are a developer, Remine refuses to pay at industry standards and we've lost most of our great developers to other companies.

Cons

- The company has lost it's vision, it is not the leader they claimed they would be. There used to be so much promise of MLS 2.0, being a leader in the MLS field, being innovated and high-tech but in the end we just mimicked what our competitors were doing and just became another copy of someone else. Also don't forget the huge invasion of privacy on every home displayed in our apps informing agents on when home owners would most likely sell their homes so innocent people can be harassed by agents. "It's public information you can get off the internet" so it's okay... - Little to no room to move-up in the company with the previous owners even stating that a promotion didn't guarantee a pay raise. So why would anyone want to work harder without getting rewarded for it? - Probably one of the most disorganized and terribly ran companies I have ever worked for. If it wasn't for my co-workers I would have left a long time ago but they were great people and we worked great as a team. Though it does go without saying the previous owners made some very questionable and poor hiring decisions that to this day, which are still causing issues for a bulk of their applications even though these people are long gone. There wasn't anything anyone could do about these bad apples as they were put in place by the previous owners who people feared. - I realized most of the negatives I had to say gave a little too much info on what is happening internally at this company from the owners to the financial situation so I removed them ahead of time. You really don't know how bad the puzzle is until you see all the pieces laid in front of you. All I can say is avoid them at all cost, this company isn't going to last into 2025 and I'm currently looking elsewhere as well as my co-workers. - Terrible job at handling layoffs as others have stated and there's definitely was/still is some favoritism going on where people don't pull their weight at all.

Pros

I worked with some really great people.

Cons

After 7 years of dedication and riding all the ups and downs and turmoil this company has experienced, basically from its inception, I was let go with no notice and NO severance. I feel I've known that the day Remine would shutter it's doors was coming from the moment we were sold, but I kept showing up trying to change that fact. Without the tools, funds, resources and people required to make a difference there was never a chance of success. Now, after this round of layoffs, I fear there is no future for those remaining at Remine. The board has no care about the people at Remine and this company has no future.
