- Fantastic work environment and culture; every single co-worker was a joy to work with, and the work environment was both very welcoming and comfortable, but also very engaging, with a huge emphasis on growing abilities and skills as an engineer, and working together cooperatively; I can say I looked forward regularly to collaborating with co-workers and figuring out how to solve difficult problems - The management team especially were both very accommodating and caring, but also very driven, motivated, and hard-working; they were all genuinely a pleasure to be around - Learn and develop a wide range of engineering skills; my own skills and abilities, across machine learning, backend development, devops, teamwork, communication and others, have developed greatly since first joining, and Remi's active support and encouragement have played a huge role - The company has grown enormously since I first joined, and I think it's a testament to the company as a whole that I've felt quite proud taking part in it the whole way through

No real cons. I wish I could have stayed and grown more with the company, but had to move on for personal, unrelated reasons.
