Pros
Superb people, amazing culture and great product. Remerge is growing fast and slowly transitioning into a phase of becoming a bigger company but with maintaining a small company spirit. It is literally the coolest company to work for in Berlin and elsewhere which hasn't fallen into the startup stereotypes.
Cons
Depending on a role whether technical or sales related challenges can occur regarding some transparency on processes. There is little handholding, which is something that specific people may thrive on by taking lots of responsibility, but many will struggle.
