Pros
Great benefits. Non-management staff are lovely, smart, talented people. Company mission is great and motivating. Tech is solid. Opportunities for growth if the company decides to invest in it.
Cons
Management doesn't get out of their own way and lies to employees about the state of the company. CTO is a nightmare to work with, big ego, extremely micromanaging, and has little industry experience. CEO not taken seriously in industry, he's too focused on being everyone's friend than being good at his job - will tell you everything is ok even when it's not. C-suite does a poor job of defining work and management boundaries. Otherwise a great place to work. Fake progressive values
