Pros
Wonderful, team atmosphere, very collaborative. Company is made up of many long time industry professionals with extensive experience as well as some of the newer, tech savvy professionals that work together to address the complex and rapidly evolving world of medication centric analytics. Pay is very good. Benefits are on par (coverage and price) with much larger companies. 401K while not a $ for $ match, the company does do an annual lump sum contribution for all eligible employees. Paid time off is "unlimited" and encouraged to be used. All empolyees opinions are encouraged, listened to and respected.
Cons
They do not not provide a company cell phone or reimburse for internet at home. I only mention this because this is somewhat standard in today's world.
