Job started off great. Mostly everyone was welcoming.

Cons

I worked there during the 2008 downturn. 2008 was an option on the dropdown, but it was during the downturn and Obama’s first run for president. A small company in central PA during that time became very unwelcoming quick.

They have good benefits, laid back culture, room to grow, stable company that is growing!

Cons

A summer busy season means some departments get very busy. This could be pro or con depending if you like overtime. Overtime is mandatory in some roles for office but not others.
