      Pros

      lots of over time available, you have lots of responsibilities to perform the service work from small repairs, big install jobs, quoting work.

      Cons

      They expect to much what they are willing to pay at times. Really have to push back and let them know there is more to life than working. There has been improvements in this area but the trades as a whole struggles with this problem.

      They have good benefits, laid back culture, room to grow, stable company that is growing!

      Cons

      A summer busy season means some departments get very busy. This could be pro or con depending if you like overtime. Overtime is mandatory in some roles for office but not others.
