The Brooklyn factory is LEED Gold Certified. - Educational and networking opportunities are regularly provided and supported. - The people who work there are creatively inclined and typically well-read. You're surrounded by smarties. - There are opportunities to learn and grow even outside of your department if you show initiative and desire. - The owners will know your name and care about your well-being. - There's a company garden. - There are good bunch of employees that have been there for years and years. Turnover is pretty low. - The business has been around since 1996 so it's well established and respected in the industry.

- It can be frustrating that many initiatives take a long time to come to fruition because it is a relatively small company and there limited resources. - Some of the technology is dated. - Starting wages can be low, but there are opportunities for regular reviews and pay advancements. - Directives from management are sometimes unclear
