Pros

Great atmosphere with smart and creative people. The owners are always aboard or simply absent. The company endorses green energy in their processes. Annual company picnics and holiday parties.

Cons

The company struggles with structure and organization. They lean on tribal knowledge that isn’t communicated down to the work force. Software is slow due to over bloated unnecessary information. No room for growth and the insurance coverage is not great.
