Pros
Though there have been leadership changes, they are moving us in the right direction. An increased focus on scalable growth, innovation, process, and rigor drives a tremendous amount of efficiency. The culture here is amazing. The idea of being candid but kind has opened up cross-functional communications in a huge way and is allowing us to solve challenges faster than ever. Celebrating those that embrace change (wobblers) is an awesome way to recognize victories along the way. The growth at Reltio is really ramping up and makes it an exciting time. You can feel the energy even though we are all working remotely. The alignment across customer-facing teams (sales, CS, SC, BD, marketing, product, etc.) is the best that I have ever seen and is a big reason that we are experiencing the growth that we are. Add in that the product offering is amazing, and this is an awesome recipe for success. Benefits, pay, work/life balance are all fantastic. Business leaders have embraced an effective level of team autonomy that allows their employees to succeed while they build something in their space. Now is the time to join if you really want to grow your career.
Cons
Work/life balance has gotten much better since we started ramping up growth, but this is a fast-paced environment. The pace is great for some but not for others. If you like the startup feel (but with more focus on scale), then you will love it here; if you don't, then you might struggle.
