Feels like a big family, a largish team now all pulling in the same direction to achieve transformation of the data management marketplace using cutting edge tools. Tight strategic map gives us focus and direction.
Cons
Some small company angst on process creates unnecessary red tape when good intentions go awry, this is natural as we find the best way forward to grow.
