Employee centric, Innovation focused. New office looks amazing with good facilities in the tech park. VP India (Manish Jain) is very approachable , easily available & encouraging to share your ideas & to get it implemented.
Cons
I would struggle to think of any serious downsides working at Reltio other than some probably pretty unavoidable one's , a natural situation for an organisation of its size and scope.
