I have never worked for a more family oriented co before. The owner is onsite everyday and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and treats everyone as though they are family (and there is family that works there) but never once did I ever feel as though I was any less than them. Training, incentives, goals, reviews, laughs and a well rounded group of people. I hope that in my move out of state I am able to find another place as great as this one!

We do work some long hours occasionally but this is title - those that have never done it before sometimes do not understand or like it. We do get paid for our extra hours.
