Pros
A close community. Everyone is eager to help each other. I really liked the community. Boss is ever willing to make time at the company easier. She always tried to put me at ease when I got worked myself worked up
Cons
By virtue of it currently being a start up, there are lot of learning areas for the employees but that's part of the growth perks of the job!
