Pros

Relocation Today is a great place to work! Although a smaller third party relocation provider, they make up for it in the flexibility in the workplace. Casual attire, remote work days and numerous office events that really keep a healthy work life balance. Management believes employees should participate in volunteer opportunities and provides paid time off to attend such events. Continuing education is also strongly supported. No micromanagement!

Cons

With a smaller office, its harder to advance your career. Payscale appears lower then competitors but with monthly bonuses and profit sharing, its apparent management is aware of this and will do whatever they can to help boost morale.

Pros

Profit sharing company and flexibility

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. All leadership cares about are numbers. We’ve been told there is no budget to hire an extra domestic account manager only for them to create a position that micromanages the team. Now that position thinks our referrals are due to her “leadership”. Then, they continued to say there is no budget to hire more people only for leadership to promote within the leadership team. This is no longer one of the “best places to work” because we’re just numbers to them. That’s why it hasn’t been nominated as one of the best places to work in the Twin Cities for years. Employees are sick of empty promises and being overworked. Some employees don’t have a healthy work life balance. Expect to have a workload of 2 people when people leave the company.
