Co-workers are hard-working, caring, supportive and a true team. Relocation Counselors go over and above to ensure that transferees are properly taken care of. The hours are more than reasonable, the benefits are good and the office location can’t be beat. Upper management does their best to provide support for the team and they always make time to address employee concerns, but they still trust employees to address issues and complete tasks. Reviews are conducted fairly and regularly.

Summer time is busy for the relocation counselors, but the team makes it work.

Several new positions have been created in the last 2 years to be able to promote from within and keep pace with the growing staff and client base. Vast majority of the staff is very hard working, positive, and amazing to work with.

RCI is a smaller company and with that there are always some challenges. You need to be resourceful and be able to problem solve, otherwise you will probably find it hard to be successful. There has been a lot of growth in the last few years and there are always growing pains that go along with that.
