      Coworkers ( not management), and vendors are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Managers are unethical. They will blame their employees for mistakes they themselves make. HR for this company is out of WA and a huge disappointment very unapproachable and refuse to look into the management issues. Benefits are a joke, might as well not have any as they literally cover next to nothing. Managements animals get more respect than the employees who bust their butts to make management look good. PATHETIC.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules, open and direct line of communication to the President and other management. A lot of potential to develop your career along with the company as it expands. Several new positions have been created in the last 2 years to be able to promote from within and keep pace with the growing staff and client base. Vast majority of the staff is very hard working, positive, and amazing to work with.

      Cons

      RCI is a smaller company and with that there are always some challenges. You need to be resourceful and be able to problem solve, otherwise you will probably find it hard to be successful. There has been a lot of growth in the last few years and there are always growing pains that go along with that.
