Cons
- The majority of the management team is extremely unsupportive and openly play favourites. - The culture is extremely clicky and if you're not in the inner circle, you will have a very hard time progressing within the business. - Management talk a big talk about how great the culture is, but fail where it counts. It seems they are blind to how unhappy a lot of staff are, but in reality it is often a case of blatantly ignoring staff who are unhappy or struggling. The fault is always in the staff member and never with management. - The majority of hires are new graduates, which means there is very little external experience coming in to bring fresh ideas or new perspectives. - Most people are extremely underpaid compared to industry standards and what other agencies are paying for equivalent roles. - They tell everyone to 'not work late' but the majority of staff are overworked and struggle with frequent periods of burnout. - The culture is very competitive and there is an elitist mindset among most people - a real lack of humility and empathy in general.
