A lot of staff unhappy with being underpaid and overworked. No such thing as work life balance. You will struggle to get the help you need unless you are one of the clear favourites. A lot of gossip about management, even from other managers, obvious that a lot of people are unhappy. Preaches a lot about how great they are without a lot of action or actual benefits. Expect a lot of stress and pressure for less money than you would make working an entry level cashier job at a supermarket.
