Pros

Working for Reliv for 13+ years has been a huge benefit in my financial and personal life. Having 4 children under 16 when I started I have been able to provide for them comfortably. Medical and Dental coverage has been equally beneficial as 3 of 4 children required braces and the usual minor medical coverage for broken bones, emergency room visits etc. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to grow with Reliv. Now after 13+ years all my children are young adults and all are gainfully employed so now my "golden" years will be easily attained and enjoyed thanks in great part to working for Reliv.

Cons

I have not encountered any real cons. The only possible con that comes to mind is advancement in my position is non existent. I have a very unique position with the company and a promotion would be great but because of the structure of the company it will be difficult for me to advance. However, I am very happy with my current position and the title I have is the title I wanted to have 25 years ago so no real complaint.

Pros

Everyone in the company really believes in the products (website included) and willingly works to improve the company as a whole. We only have meetings if they're necessary, so my calendar was not full of meetings like many other companies. Every one of my coworkers were a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and willing to collaborate when needed, and I never felt like I couldn't say something. Very realistic open door policy. Thai Tuesdays are a huge plus. Getting to hang out with the engineering team once a week and eat some really good Thai at the same time is always something I always looked forward to. No micromanaging at all. You are responsible for the work you do, and if you have an idea to improve something, it will be heard. Generous PTO which you are encouraged to take. Management is also very understanding when things in life come up and you need to take off. Several company events sprinkled throughout the year to help keep everyone connected and relaxed. Hybrid work from home policy (at time of writing). 2 days in, 3 out, which is a nice balance. Pay is decently competitive.

Cons

The only real con is health insurance coverage, and even then it isn't terrible, especially considering all the pros of this position. This is a hard company to leave, because of the pros of course.
