      Nepotism is rampant. No degrees in Engineering, the same cronies that ran magnum tool. I’m glad I got laid off I hear it’s worse than ever. Back stabbing QA is a bunch of jaw jackers.... won’t last much longer. Zero benefits, vacation time non existent.

      Pros

      A lot of freedom to shape and direct the organization as it is in a phase of development and maturation. Fairly lax work environment with kind and respectful colleagues.

      Cons

      The organization is in a phase of definition, development, and maturation: there is a lot of work to do and it is not for the professionally immature or “faint of heart.”
