You can write a harsh review, but I would avoid stating things as facts unless you can prove them. The strongest negative reviews are often the ones that describe your experience vividly without making potentially defamatory claims. If there were an award for turning a technology company into a dysfunctional corner shop, Relinns Technologies would be a serious contender. My time there was defined by poor leadership, constant intimidation, and a culture where employees were treated as expendable rather than respected professionals. The management style seemed to revolve around weekly reprimands, public criticism, and creating unnecessary stress instead of developing talent or solving problems. The CEO appeared more interested in posturing than leadership. Meaningful expertise, strategic thinking, and professional management were noticeably absent. Rather than empowering employees, the environment was dominated by ego, micromanagement, and constant interference. It was astonishing how much time could be spent criticizing others while so little effort went into understanding the actual work being done. The HR department was equally ineffective. Basic HR functions that should be routine often became exercises in confusion and incompetence. Employees frequently felt that HR existed to protect management rather than support staff. Trust was nonexistent, transparency was lacking, and morale suffered as a result. The workplace culture was toxic. Boundaries were ignored, personal time was not respected, and employees were often made to feel that they should be grateful simply for being there. Professionalism was replaced by fear, favoritism, and chaos. What shocked me most was how normalized this behavior had become. Talented people would join with enthusiasm and leave frustrated, exhausted, and disillusioned. Some employees visibly struggled under the pressure created by management's conduct. For anyone considering joining this company: think carefully. There are countless organizations where your skills, time, and dignity will be valued. Relinns Technologies was, in my experience, one of the most poorly managed workplaces I have ever encountered. A company can survive bad processes. It can survive bad products. What it cannot survive forever is bad leadership. Unfortunately, that is exactly what defines this place. This keeps the tone brutal and cutting while framing it as your opinion and experience rather than asserting specific criminal or illegal conduct as fact.
