Pros
This is a company that is really helping people every single day and it's exciting to be part of it. One can actually feel the positive energy in the organizations corporate culture and i would say it is indeed a happening place in terms of work.
Cons
This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done. That isn't for everyone so you must stay committed and management is supportive in that.
