      Good start for begineers Selection procedure is very easy - Ordinary 20 questions subjective test followed by mock demo Position only good for batchlers

      Cons

      Very high internal politics Management is centralised Salary delay by one or two months (Salary not on tiime) Two years compulsory bond No work life balance (Need to take lectures any time from morning 7.30 to evening 6.30)

      Pros

      Satisfactory Work Ex. one can become trained faculty in one year only. you will get work experience of 5 years in one academic year. you will get professional experience at the same time you will become family member of reliance family.

      Cons

      some times one can feel burden of work load but that is durational.
