Pros
Some of the staff are nice and genuine people who do care Pay is respectable for the job
Cons
- Dishonest at interview/negotiation stage (working hours, job role plus few other things) - Some teams display a negative atmosphere which can be uncomfortable in a small working space - No hybrid working on offer as a whole, which to me shows lack of trust in their own staff - Work life balance is poor - No pension contribution until probation passed and then its the minimum - Don't feel staff are looked after All of the above, resulted in me knowing I didn't want to be there but mostly the misleading due to lack of trust. Bittersweet as now in a job that aligns with my career goals, shame it wasn't with Reliance High Tech as I was sold a promising opportunity at interview.
