Pros
Can learn something if you are good with your Manger, else you get nothing in your plate. If you want to join negotiate properly as you can't expect any hike later.
Cons
Don't expect hike, even if you are a fresher. Work is not distributed evenly, just they want it as soon as possible, no matter who is working. Last moment requirement changes from the business team. Simply not an organization.
