None that i can think of. The company is a monopoly and most of us have no choice of where to work if we wish to follow a tech career. They will hire anyone because the bar is set so low that unless you are a murderer your hired just my applying. Their are some super nice employees and lots of interesting projects going on.

Everything, The pay is very low for the work and you are told almost daily that your just a replaceable cog in the wheel of the company. You will never make what your worth working here and it is sad because this place could be great.
