Pros

A really great company to work for if you’re looking to learn a lot about real estate and grow professionally. I worked here from 2013-2018 and my experience has really helped me excel. They have been in business for 40 years and they truly care about their employees. It’s a good size company, about 20-30 employees So there is so much to learn from everyone around you. Felt like family and I was enjoying my time there. Also, really a nice office in the mid Wilshire area just outside Beverly Hills. Very modern with beautiful city views!

Cons

The lunch options in the area are limited so I would either bring lunch from home or drive out 5-10 minutes. I could have tried to use Postmates or UberEats but it wasn’t around at the time!

Pros

Reliable provided me with an irreplaceable opportunity to grow my career and get a strong start in the real estate leasing world. Upper management is not only great at what they do, but they were extremely helpful and patient with me, which made me only want to work harder for them. The other employees at Reliable were also super friendly and welcoming.

Cons

I guess the only con was that I found myself working outside of normal hours, but that was only because a lot of my salary was commission-based and I chose to do so.

Pros

small office environment. job security. HUGE learning experience. colleagues more like family than colleagues. free parking.

Cons

rules/regulation made up as things come up and always to owners' favor. owners are sadly out of touch with reality, have no people skill, governed by greed, do not believe in rewarding hard work. office manager handles HR and IT but is under-qualified to do either. below market value compensation/benefits package. being called a "lifer" there is not a term of endearment. interview process is a joke (who has 8 hour interviews?). no real job training. being criticized by ownership and the office manager (who is a lifer) is the norm, not the exception. terrible hiring practices (handled by the office manager). IT infrastructure is a collection of antiquated components without dedicated support. old and shamble-looking workplace environment. way too much paperwork for what little information is printed on said paperwork. nepotism is the norm, not the exception. 401k is laughable.
