Executive management has no idea how to truly build a successful business. They did however, successfully drive the Houston VAR into the ground and caused nothing but shaky morale and instability across the board. Their profitability was based on cutting headcount and slashing the sales team out from underneath them, the people that were loyal to this organization didn't receive any compensation adjustments year over year. Now that this business was sold off - hopefully the new leadership with that business will be able to rebuild with the leftovers.
