The environment can be fun and exciting. The team is dedicated to what they do and everyone works very hard. There is a sense of community and everyone does their part to help out one another.

Leadership is a huge problem. There was a whole lot of drama when I was there. Disagreements between bosses soured the environment for everyone else. Office drama made it difficult to get work done effectively. Personal lives got in the way of running the business and the work suffered as a result.

Excellent co-workers. They're a great team.

Read every single one of these reviews. They're all true. I'm here but actively looking. The turnover here is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Two people left in the past month. I'm trying to be next. This company is a hot mess. The owner, Terry, talks to us like we're stupid and we don't matter. He says one thing and changes it a day later then berates us for not knowing the change. Maura, who's also Terry's girlfriend, will say to do something one way, then Terry scolds her in front of everyone because that's not what he wanted. Maura is an instant-gratification person. When she needs something, she needs it NOW. She calls us at 7am or after 8pm, or on the weekend. She has no boundaries. There is absolutely no onboarding and no training. There is an HR person but she basically does the hiring and HR admin stuff; nothing else. Thankfully the rest of the team is very helpful. Seriously, if you value your sanity and want any kind of work-life balance, stay far away from this place.
