• Reasonable salary • Manager and co-workers are nice and friendly • Good work life balance • 15 days PTO even for new employees • New building is nice • Most people stay here for a long time, low turnover rate
Cons
• Salary is reasonable but you should not expect too much in Tucson • Tucson is not a good place to live, especially in the summer • Technology is not very old but definitely not advanced enough • Reliability software is a narrow area • Sometimes has problem hiring good people • Company grows slowly, so the career growth opportunity is limited • Not too much learning opportunity
