Pros

-Most of my time is spent working on client deliverables, there is very little interaction required from the company, making me more productive. -Good support for personal growth and development

Cons

-End of year performance review system is strange, 1-5 scale, but my manager is not allowed to give people anything above a 3 without approval from leadership. Also there are some factors in your performance that you won't have any ability to interface with. -Bad time to be in government contracting
