      1) Will get good opportunity for the people who wants to Learn new Things and grow themself. 2) No Variable deduction from salary. 3) Sometimes delay in Salary Date which create problem for the EMI guys.

      Cons

      1) 6 days working makes your life and health worst. 2) Promises given by management are not getting fulfilled. 3) Lot's of work pressure. 4) No pick up and Drop facility.
