      5 days working is the only PRO. In case you are in content team well, even that won't feel like a pro due to the work load.

      Cons

      - No work life balance. You start from 9 in the morning and keep working till 10-11 in the night. - They expect you to achieve extraordinary things without investing any time or efforts in training.
