Pros

- Product is increasingly deepening its moat and defensibility with GTM focus. The north star is getting clearer and we get to work with many forward-thinking customers who are strong advocates for the platform. - Many smart, capable and hardworking team members, Talent density is high. People are very supportive and willing to help even though there is a lot of context switching/ wearing may hats required in start up and things are busy. - Get to have a lot more ownership, responsibility and fast decision-making than any other place I've worked at. Leadership often backs ideas that will get quick and high-impact outcomes for customers. - Founders are visible and seemingly working at all hours of the day, easy to get a response and input. - Flexible hybrid working, 3 day model is great for deep work at home and seeing people in the office.

Cons

Still figuring out a lot of things in terms of way of working, structured processes and building greater maturity into how we build/ scale as a company. There are some very experienced leaders entering the business, so imagine many improvements will happen over time. Probably not the right place right now for those earlier in their career where a lot of guidance is still required or if you like to wait for permission to do things. The culture is very much 'build and get things out the door quickly, iterate as we go' right now. Oftentimes this means favouring practicality in the short-term, failing fast/ learning fast instead.

Pros

-Insane traction + genuinely strong customer love. Not just logos, actual usage and impact. It's rewarding to hear we're often one of the few (or only) successful AI projects for our enterprise customers. For a team this size, output is remarkable. -Leadership is legit. High awareness of what’s working/not, and they actually try to unblock vs. just setting top-down mandates. -Work is at the edge of AI. Things change fast, customers are pushing boundaries, and you’re constantly exposed to what’s next. Feels like you’re in it, not watching from the sidelines. -Team is sharp + gets stuff done. Low ego, high ownership. People step up. -Company is in a great spot to ride the next wave. Timing + positioning

Cons

-Not the best fit if you need a lot of structure, process, or hand-holding. Esp if you’re coming from big co or early in career. You have to be comfortable figuring things out. -Pace is very fast. Like… genuinely breakneck. AI space is evolving constantly, which means priorities can shift quickly and sometimes without much notice. -Not a place for micromanagement. You’re expected to operate with autonomy. If you need tight direction day-to-day, this can feel uncomfortable. -Prioritization + comms can occasionally be a bit messy. Things move up/down the stack quickly and context doesn’t always propagate perfectly. -With strong customer traction, teams can get pulled in diff directions. Can feel chaotic at times, esp across GTM/product/eng.

Pros

- I've had a phenomenal experience in my time at Relevance. It offers fast career progression that’s based on impact, not tenure. - Real opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility early. I started in one role and within a year moved into a much more senior position, which would have taken years at most other companies. - Lots of autonomy to shape your own role and scope. I’ve had more freedom here than anywhere else I’ve worked and I’ve seen lots of other people also create roles for themselves based on their strengths and interests. - Founders are very accessible even as the company grows. Daniel, Dan, and Jacky are all great to work with, which makes it easy to get real-time answers, feedback and make an impact.

Cons

- This isn’t the right environment for people who need a lot of structure, guidance, or hand-holding. If you’re a junior looking for formal training, it might not be the best fit.
