Cons
Terrible management. Awful CEO that runs day to day operations. There is a clique that is in with the CEO and they do not like anyone who is not part of it. There are specific rules for some people and no rules for other people. If you are not part of the clique, the rules are constantly changing. They do not care about people who just want to come in, work hard, and go home. If you do not fraternize with the CEO (who is female), and the rest of the clique outside of work, it is held against you and they will constantly mess with you. Could be a good place to work, if they just left people alone who have families and just want to come to work, do their job, work hard, and go home.
